I'd go farther and say, not a natural born citizen, for purposes of the Presidential qualifications listed in the Constitution. Unless evidence can be found that the term included people born abroad of a Citizen mother and foreign father when written. Statue law cannot change the meaning of a Constitutional term.

Although that is the only time "natural born citizen vs. naturalized maters, directly at least.

Obama could not get cleared for many special access programs, perhaps not even for a Top Secret clearance. He's got to many foreign relatives. He couldn't even qualify to man the galley or empty the loo on Air Force one.

Correct, mostly. Obama hasn't had a BI that we know of since he's a politician but I have to disagree with the rest of your statement. He is qualified to empty the benjo.
