There is no doubt that Cronkite was an anti-American left wing liberal socialist and a hypocrite beyond belief belief. The man is one the main reasons we lost our will to fight and win the Vietnam war. That war was not lost in the jungles of Vietnam but on the broadcast of CBS evening news by Cronkite and on the front pages of the New York Times.
As far as love of country and trustability goes...Cronkite was a minor player compared to El Rushbo!
Walter Cronkite is another one who had better have a VERY good drainage system around his grave site as there are millions of Viet Nam vests who are waiting patiently to water the flora an fauna in that immediate vicinity!

You can always count on IBD to shine the light of truth. I’ll be more blunt than them - - Cronkite was a bloated scumbag who has the blood of thousands of American servicemen on his dead hands. Even in his final years of fading into dementia Cronkite hated America, promoting socialism and joining fellow rats like Harry Reid in declaring Iraq a lost cause. Good riddance, Cronkite, you sick scumbag.
Is whatever you are able to work for and earn, either by your direct labor, or by running a business. Either way, under a capitalist system you have to serve your fellow man in a way that benefits him in order to earn your way. Those who serve their fellow man in the most beneficial ways earn the most. Forcing "fairness" for those who aren't willing to serve their fellow man cheats those of us who are willing to serve others.
Capitalism is a very simple system when you look at it that way, and a very fair system. Why lefties are too stupid to get it is a source of never ending amazement to me.
