Romney is not a bad guy, but he’s insufficiently conservative — and certainly has not conSIStently been conservative — to win a national GOP office without shattering the party by alienating its conservative base. (If a few folks are put off by the Mormon thing, too, that’s a shame.)
Nice guy, but not a conservative. He should go into the private sector and make a fortune — if that’s even possible under the current regime.
I was at my Granddaughters birthday get together yesterday in Haverhill, Mass, it was all townies, a Mass Term. Ossama ain’t doing all that among the natives.
I think that he should try being alone for the first time in his life. He needs to go off by himself and find out who he really is before he dies.
My impression is that he has been on automatic go-go pilot all of his life without ever questioning who's goals he is seeking to fulfill or why.
