I found the original article - he left the SBC in 2000!!!!!!!

Jimmy Carter says he can 'no longer be associated' with the SBC

He did recently (July 19 I think) write an article for The Age which is quoted by this blog.

SO . . . this is just Jimmuh who cannot live unless the Press is paying attention to him. "Look at me! Look at Me! I'll recycle old stories until you LOOK AT ME!"
