I agree. Obviously, the “recovery.gov” website leaves a lot to be desired as far as conveying complete info and I presume that’s a story in itself. But I’m not getting too bent out of shape (yet) till I see some quantities for these examples.

Still the whole “stimulus” thing is a scam in principle.

Really? So depending on how much ham they're buying, it's a moral social contract that allows us to spend dollars from future generations on HAM?

Say it's 50c/lb. Bargain. Say the government bought 4 million pounds of ham for $2 million on our grandkids' tab. That makes it better?

We planning on freezing it for them to eat when they enter the workforce to work off a $500,000 per capita national debt?
