Voting against the bill itself -- which was a Treasury appropriations bill that wasted gazillions.
The dealer provision was an amendment to the bill which was sponsored by a Republican (Steve LaTourette -- R/OH) and doubtless had the support of virtually every Republican.
Consider it a diamond of an amendment, inside a turd of a bill.
