He was doing that on purpose! He's a vet who took offense to her lashing out at the General a few weeks ago. He knew exactly what he was doing. If she had lashed out at him the same way as she did the General... oh man. He would've torn her to shreds! Way to go. Nothing like a little pasive aggressive behavior on occasion!
