The 2nd is still part of the BoR and they have no qualms end running that. Do you really think they’d lose any sleep over something like the 10th?
Fair question and a good point. I guess we're quickly approaching the point in which the states either enforce the BoR and their own sovereignty, or they roll over and let the feds steamroller them.
