We should also be looking into means by which we will (will, not should) try all of our representatives who voted for bills they did not read that contributed to the upcoming collapse.
Laws or not, we have an obligation to our children to catch these perps (yes, they’ll try to flee), try then, and apply the appropriate punishment.
And the punishment will not be pretty.

Fraud.
Conspiracy against rights.
Acting under color of law/office.
Negligence/Dereliction of Duty.
Violations of the Constitution & its Amendments:
— No ex post facto law OR bill of attainder.
— Equal protection under the law.
— The right to jury trials.
— Amendment 5, “infamous crimes” being addressed by Congress.
