Imagine if Arizona told the Federal loons and Obama to go stick cap and trade where the sun doesn't shine.

Since most of the statists in Washington won’t listen, take your fight to the local level. Arizona isn’t looking like too bad of a place to live right now.
States rights vs the federal government are one of the most important protections written into the Constitution by our founders. They understood that a centralized all-powerful tyrannical government is the most dangerous entity on the face of the Earth. It is a danger to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as written into our wonderful, way-ahead-of-its-time and highly intelligent Constitution.
Imagine conservatives populating a dozens states, throwing out the leftists, illegals, etc and telling the federal government to go to hell. I’ve a feeling the population of those several states would grow exponentially over a very short period of time!

No question. The productive citizens and the businesses would all flock to where the government is least intrusive.

If they want to alter the Constitution there are guidelines for doing it. They’ve made their own method of transforming our rules so we are no longer a rule of law but a rule of communist thugs and dictators.
Arizona will have all federal dollars withheld until they fall back into line. It is something the federal government has done for years. I remember a state that wanted to keep the drinking age 18 but the federal government said fine and did not send the state a dime for a year. The following year the drinking age was 21. There is not one single state in our U.S. that can stand on their own without federal funds. The federal government has the states in their hands and they know it.
To date, 37 states have introduced sovereignty resolutions, asserting their state’s sovereign rights under the tenth amendment.
How many states are going to step up like Arizona? I have said earlier that the states are the key to stopping this man and his minions.
Are they going to refuse funding from the feds?

Why I left California after having lived there 30 years. Moved to Arizona in 2006.
Yeah but this bad economy may change that. The feds cant help the states without going into deeper debt and the feds know it. Furthermore any help the states get from the feds will never be enough because the states will just spend it and get further into debt by their insane eternal spending vicious circle. The feds know that too - all too well.
