Yet all Democrats — with the exceptions of acting chairman Chris Dodd, Barbara Mikulski and Ted Kennedy via proxy — voted nay.

Could there possibly be any better HARD EVIDENCE that the power-grabbing nightmare of socialized medicine is really bad for those that must suffer it??? Ask Britain, ask Canada. Ask the DemoRats that won’t touch it - no they want to stay HEALTHY with their gold-plated, UNCONDITIONAL, infinite FREE health care paid for by the taxpayers.

The ideological sickness that is driving this egregious disaster must be stopped.

Agreed, it must be stopped.

I believe Zer0 is getting concerned, the more that is being made known the less people like it.

There is no better evidence than this.....

....."Free Health-Care" is neither, and the Senators know it.

This is amazing.

I would have expected them to vote this in, and then quietly fund their own private care. Certainly, these three are rich enough to do so.

The fact that they are NOT is more than an outrage. I speaks to their character, as well as their preceived role of this program as something for the poor, or something that will screwed up for years and might kill them (likly, both).
