Ok, so you say “you’ve overstepped”. A movement cannot exist based on one unspecific complaint. THAT’S just a mob.
At this point it looks like many would advocate for a armed family march on DC. To what? Seriously.
To what? Come to blows? Exchange fire? Just shout angrily and go home.
And seriously quoting “The tree of liberty?” without the rest? Do you think we’re boneheads? Here’s the rest... “...must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
So you really think it’s so far gone that we should have a march on DC to refresh the tree of liberty with actual blood? Of whom? Me? You?
While I think the idea of a March is fine...count me OUT on the whole “blood of patriots and tyrants” thing. It has NOT gone THAT far. And I certainly won’t bring the children, if that’s what some of you are advocating.
We’d march to make a statement. We’d march to show them numbers of us who want REAL change. We’d march to scare the boops out of our elected officials and get them to listen to us. We’d march to unite. We’d march to show the rest of America that there is a cause here and it is THEIR cause, too.
But I don’t like what some are implying...I understand that there’s a lot of anger. But someone needs lead the charge to channel it in a law-abiding and productive manner.
