A couple of immediate changes I would make to the Constitution:
1) The President and Vice-President must have served in the U.S. Armed Forces for at least four years and received an Honorable discharge.
2) Any bill creating or modifying any law requires 75% affirming votes in the associated chamber to pass. Any vote to re-peal a law requires only a simple majority.
