During war games the 1st thing always taken out was communications then command.
Pretty unsettling when a nuclear war game starts at 8:00 A.M. and at 8:01A.M. you get a message to shut down operations as you got destroyed by a (whatever ton) nuclear device detonated 3 meters from the opening of my bunker or office.
