this president’s quest for socialism must end. sooner is better than later. imagine that it is 5 years from now, our country has been reduced to ruin, and it is finally proven that Soetoro did not meet the eligibility requirements.
This matter will not be resolved by the supreme court, it has no jurisdiction IMO. It would be an impeachment matter...the trial would be in the Senate which will have final say.
Maybe that is why the O zero is trying so hard to get his marxist programs through now, he is playing beat the clock.
As far as a civil insurection here if he were turned out, or if he is not convicted and allowed to stay on in a show trial, well, that would identify the true enemies of the state.

Well said. While I would like nothing better than to see BO thrown out, I can’t imagine a scenario where the SCOTUS would rule that he was ineligible. And, before I get chewed out by those who disagree: I don’t necessarily disagree with you or some of your premises - it is more along the lines of picking my battles. I just see very little hope of this one going our way.-—JM
The problem with “the time to examine the problem is long gone” is that Philip Berg tried to bring up this issue before the Democratic National Convention in August. He was ignored, or given flimsy excuses. Then he continued until the election, when Donofrio and Berg were told they needed to wait until the electoral college, then they were told they needed to wait until he was actually in office.
There have been delaying tactics by the court since last year. To now say it’s too late is too much of a defeatist attitude.
Remember, if he is found unfit, that means no Sotomayor on the SC. That would be a good thing.
The right thing doesn’t cease to be so because it is difficult or unpopular or unlikely. Come on people-! America itself is under attack from the most dangerous figure EVER-!

I mean this is just bizarre. I can say that I was born at the DeWitt Army Hospital in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.
I don’t have to give it a ton of thought. I don’t have places where I’ve said for years I was born at a different hospital and now am changing that information.
So why is it that Obama, who for years has said he was born at Queen’s, is now saying Kapi’olani?
One would think that asking what hospital someone’s born at wouldn’t be a trick question.
Time to give this up and work on defeating him in '12. It doesn't matter if he was born in China or North Korea anymore.
