Regardless, any action must be within the scope of the law as written and intended by our founders and those rights which descend from God.
Using proper guidance, how can valor, honor, and the righteous fail?
This was also suggested as civil disobedience once on FR with respect to Immigration and Illegal Aliens / Amnesty. When they would inevitably push to legalize 20 million and set up a whole new federal sub-bureacracy within INS/ICE to "process" this swarm of invaders and tax sycophants to "bring them in from the shadows", and "make them legal" (thus slapping LEGAL IMMIGRANTS in the face, and making Illegals "Democrat Voters" more than anything else), the general idea was to flood their phone lines and send in bogus application sheet after application sheet with frivilous information, signing up fictitious people, questioning them online continuously with superflous queries taking up their staff time and budget(s), phoning them so their phones were ringing off the hook and they could not get any work done, so as to "crash" their system, or at least make it very difficult for the bureaucracy to run and even grant many of those 20 million invaders their legal papers. A freeper suggested this once. I would start reading Gandhi for starters and ideas and inspiration, there is all kinds of things one can to do bring the wheels of facism and totalitarianism to a stunning halt--all legally.
I understand that . But VERY AGGRESSIVE action is a MUST IMHO.How do we resist a health care bill , specifically?
The prudent action, at this point, is resistance....

What does “within the scope of the law as written and intended by our Founders” mean?
Are you referring to BEFORE Lexington/Concord in 1775, or AFTER?
My point is that even the Founders, like Jefferson, pointed out that we RETAIN our weapons for the express purpose of offering corrective measures to a government that would inevitably defy or attempt to redefine its Constitutional role.
Sometimes, the People must stand for the Law that the Tyrant breaks... Peacefully, civilly it may be hoped — forcefully if it becomes necessary. Lets hope it doesn’t become necessary...
