Any person who attempts to enforce any Federal Law without the Express Written Consent of the County Sheriff, Shall be Guilty of Treason. You'd have to call it something else. Treason is specifically defined in the Constitution, and that's not it.
Otherwise, sounds good to me.

Title 18. Sect 242. Deprivation of Civil Rights under Color of Law. It's a Felony that can be punished by up to and including the Death Penalty.
It even fits the "crime" the BATFE is insisting on perpetrating.

The state attorney general needs to advise each sheriff, the state police, and the ATF that the AFT must go through the county sheriff or be subject to arrest.
