A correct analysis; however, it is merely a 1/9th minority opinion - suggestive and informative, but not binding. The majority ruling of that case said in essence "there is absolutely no sane connection between geographic private possession of a product and the 'commerce clause'", as in "the sun rises in the east, therefore I shall have oatmeal for breakfast." Raich is binding and relevant.

Our Constitutional Rights have become {Void WHERE prohibited by Law} It's time for elected officials {Local,State and Tribal} to nullify Unconstitutional Laws and Respect the Bill of Rights!

To the Garbage with ‘case law’ my Rights are unalienable
