The CBO said the stimulus was going to hurt, not help, and no one listened then either. Why should the Congress listen to the CBO on health care?

Oh, they're not ignoring it. Liberal commentators are already saying that this report shows how essential it is to tax health-care benefits, which would effectively end health care as a job benefit and corral everyone into the government health plan. Look for Democrats to revive that issue soon. In the Democratic worldview, reports of fiscal insanity are opportunities to extend government control.
