I completely agree. I have no gripes that Rush takes the time off when he wants. He has said on the show he's so tired of listening to Obama, and I'm sure it's very draining and frustrating if not just plain maddening having to follow the antics of this marxist "messiah" and his thugs. Rush may need more time than ever before to recharge and stay positive. I find very little positive news, but I feel better having heard Rush talk about things. I can't imagine what he feels that he can't express.
So, not only do I not begrudge him taking all the time off he needs, I'm very glad he continues to do his show when he really doesn't need to do this at all.
We may need him to be here for us to keep us sane, but he really doesn't have to do it. So, I really hope people aren't emailing him and complaining he takes too much time off. He may just get PO'd enough and just stop because he doesn't feel appreciated, and at some point, it may not be worth it to him.
