Not to attempt to hijack the thread, but there’s a couple of guys at my job who voted for Obama asking me where their homebuyer’s bonus was. They both bought houses this year and were expecting some kind of Obama-backed refund or something.
Now, I don’t know much about this bonus, but when I asked them about it, they’d tell me, “Obama passed it just a few months ago.”
My reply:
“How’s that hope and change working out for you?”
“home buyer’s bonus.” That’s funny.
I wouldn’t tell them this if they are too dumb to find out for themselves.
