Not that I'd want Biden as president, but there'd be no legal standing to remove him as there is with Obama. Since he was chosen by the non-legitimate candidate, there might be a case; but IIUC, that gives us President Pelosi...what a horror!

Since he was chosen by the non-legitimate candidate, there might be a case...Although the person choosing him is non-legitimate, Biden himself is a legitimate candidate for office. So the choice itself was legitimate. I don't see SCOTUS preventing him from assuming office. It's Obama's legitimacy they'll rule on. I doubt they'd have the will (or the legal standing, actually) to go further.
