I agree, his efforts to avoid presenting the document does give credence to the notion that there is a pony somewhere under all that manure. But I don’t see a court acting on it, they’ve upheld all kinds of other unconstitutional actions over the years, I don’t see this being much different. Best to work on the Red state level to require presidential candidates to prove they are eligible before being placed on the ballot.
