At question, is the linkage of the “ticket”. Is it Obama then Biden or is it Obama and Biden. Does “fraud” for one taint the other? Under established contract law and criminal law, the answer would be yes - Biden is also tainted.
On this issue, the Constitution is silent. It is also one of the reasons I would prefer the VP be elected as well.

If I didn’t think Mark Levin would dismiss the question from the caller, it would be great if a Freeper could pose the question on his show - Mark’s quite the Constitutional expert and if anyone would know the most likely scenario, he would. But I don’t think he really wants to open the issue up for discussion, although he’s made snide reference from time to time, in passing.
