Grellis if I knew what a ping was I might. The guy was Iranian, 27 and just got a license. That tells me volumes. No I think he panicked. It it truly amazing that no one was hurt. The asphalt looks like the labria Tar Pits. LOL And we just rebuilt the dang thing too.

A ping is when you call someone to a thread. When you said I was too fast for you, I assumed you meant that I showed up on the thread just before you had a chance to draw my attention to it--"ping" me to it. Yes, he very well could have panicked. That's the most likely cause of the accident. I don't, however, think that anyone considering a more sinister cause behind the accident should be wearing tinfoil, as at least one poster on this thread asserted. After 9/11, to not consider such a possibility strikes me as being naive in the extreme.
