Having seen firsthand the skill level of the average Arab driver I doubt it. They never look where they’re going.
Iranians aren't Arabs. Also, it might be well to withhold judgement until we find out if one of the other drivers isn't, say, the mayor's brother, or one of the trucks doesn't belong to a major political contributor.
