So you’re saying anyone could just walk in off the street and register a birth? Purportedly, just a few days before? No baby, no doctor’s report, they’d just take your word for it? Doesn’t pass the sniff test.
This is incorrect information. It appeared in two Hawaiian papers within a few days of his birth. Both papers carried the same list of new births and they were all within the week 0 was born.

Yes they could. REGISTERING is NOT the same as having the birth APPROVED. That is why there are the 2 fields in the BC . It is registered with thee local registrar but has to be approved by the state. For delayed registrations, there is an additional field that has to be filled out to show the supporting information such as a doctors report. This is all done in the REGISTERING process. See #52, he explains it well with the two field headers that are used on the COLB.

There were birth announcements...but even they have issues...They listed an address that at the best is questionable, if not bogus.

There is one problem with your supposition: Stanley Anne D. Obama loathed the United States (as per her son in his autobiography). She was an Islamophile who was attracted to exotic men of color. Her mother, Madelyne Dunham, is who I suspect registered Barry’s birth in Hawaii.
