What can be learned is that there are a few litmus tests as to who is a conservative and who isn’t. Some of the issues may seem silly and trivial.....

For example, politicians with R’s next to their name who give global warning lip service and support smoking bans.

It says one of two things about them:

1. They believe the junk science
2. They don’t believe the junk science but think it is for the greater good so they will go along with it anyway (which makes them more dangerous than category 1). Than there is...
3. Assclowns who think they are above party or ideology and their genius will solve everything...

In our area we have a new hospital opening. It has no emergency room. A doctor has to admit you.

I can see this becoming very popular within the hospital industry. You’ll have to have a private physician in order to get admitted to the hospital. Those without private doctors — illegals, poor, uninsured — will have to go to the government run hospitals with emergency rooms. Guess which hospitals will eventually have the best doctors and provide the best care.
