SHOW ME THE RESISTING ARREST ***WITH VIOLENCE*** ,, he tried to destroy evidence ,, SURE .. but he did not resist with violence ... he probably thought that resisting with violence would get him a more severe beating ... he just took the beating and choking , choking and beating ... and then some more beating and some more choking ,, why? because the cop was p.o’d over losing the evidence ...
