The war on drugs has become a monumental embarrassment for law enforcement. A death sentence is now okay for noncompliance? If you don’t spit the drugs out, we’ll choke you to death?

They could stop if you can get the evidence into your mouth, then they can take off the one handcuff that they did get on you and let you go on your way. the arrest, the fight, the destroying of evidence all forgotten.

The war on drugs has become a monumental embarrassment for law enforcement. More than that, it's costing the American people hundreds of billions a year.

A death sentence is now okay for noncompliance? As I've already indicated, I have no sympathy for the dead guy. He had more than one opportunity to turn over what he had in his hand, then his mouth. He died due to his own stupidity.
