Bobby Jindal is a natural born citizen.
It is not mere location of birth, it is the fact that the person was a U.S. citizen at birth. John McCain was a natural born citizen and NOT because of his birth location.
No cite for the supposed “one parent must be a citizen” clause for qualifications for the Presidency? Somehow I am not surprised.
The dread specter you raise is no substitute for knowing the law. I do not necessarily AGREE with the law (for example, I think the children of illegal immigrants are NOT covered under the 14th Amendment “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” as being illegal they have not subjected themselves to our jurisdiction) but the law is the law.
Jindal is a natural born citizen and would be fully qualified to be either President or Vice President (although he wouldn't be my choice (SARAH!)).

In the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), the Supreme Court ruled that a person who
is born in the United States of parents who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of a foreign power whose parents have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States whose parents are there carrying on business and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity of the foreign power to which they are subject becomes, at the time of his birth, a citizen of the United States, by virtue of the first clause of the 14th amendment of the Constitution.
In the kim case they granted the right of citizenship, not natural born status.

The latest nationwide Gallup Poll on prospective Republican presidential candidates released on Feb. 8 showed 491 registered Republicans favoring Giuliani over McCain, with other Republicans trailing. Giuliani had 33 percent; McCain 30 percent; Florida Gov. Jeb Bush 12 percent; and Frist 7 percent. The survey had a margin of error of 5 percentage points.
