NEW YORK – A New York City teenager has admitted that she failed to let a kitten out of an oven after a friend put the animal inside and left it to roast to death.

After pleading guilty to charges of animal cruelty and attempted burglary on Wednesday, 17-year-old Cheyenne Cherry confronted a row of animal activists outside the courtroom. Cherry stuck out her tongue and told the activists that the kitten named Tiger Lily was "dead."

Yup, have to agree with that! These things always make it onto the main page first anyway, so that’s enough for me. I can then read it or ignore it. Just seems when it’s on a Ping list I feel more compelled to read it.

Cats are such delightful little things, there are surely many, many stories that are funny or uplifting to give us a boost without dragging us down with another cat abuse story/

Agree totally, and then to make matters worse you get to read the replies from a few who appear to take a delight in the abuse, and this seems to be especially true when it come to cats.
