I am pro vaccine (but not pro FORCED vaccine), having seen the effects of vaccine preventable disease. However, this is tyrannical.
I see it as the same issue as forced insurance. If you want to insure against something bad then buy insurance or get vaccinated. If you want to chance it then do.
