I am sorry to hear of this. People who have not had to battle with the medical system have no idea. Prayers sent.
I assume the staff of this hospital includes something like a “patient’s advocate”?

PLEASE PRAY that either the trach will quit occluding or we can re-intubate and get her over her pneumonia and infections, and that she will be healthy enough to put in a G-tube (for feeding, o replace the "NG" nasal feeding tube).
PLEASE PRAY that HE will give Stephanie's Doctors, Nurses, Therapists and us the exact right method to help her.
PLEASE PRAY that GOD will completely heal Stephanie.
