So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won't be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers.

Nor will new employees of companies be entitled to enroll in the premium private insurance that existing employees will have.

Once you lose your current insurance (which happens every time you change jobs, or your employer decides to reduce costs), then you are required to be covered ONLY under the Government plan.

If this passes, then this is the end of America.

It's not science fiction anymore.

And large unionized corporations are among the ones pushing this as a way to share their costs out of the public trough. Additionally, now-socialist “foundation-rich” and inheritance-rich scions of wealth and privilege, such as the Kennedys, the Rockefellers, the Heinzs, etc. are fully behind this because it will entrench them as a rich upper class aristocracy, since advancement in socialist America will now be much harder to accomplish.
