This important Investors Business Daily editorial really should be in Breaking News here on FR. Rush read and discussed this on air today and really sounded alarmed. Here's an excerpt:

Congress: It didn't take long to run into an "uh-oh" moment when reading the House's "health care for all Americans" bill. Right there on Page 16 is a provision making individual private medical insurance illegal. When we first saw the paragraph Tuesday, just after the 1,018-page document was released, we thought we surely must be misreading it. So we sought help from the House Ways and Means Committee.

It turns out we were right: The provision would indeed outlaw individual private coverage. Under the Orwellian header of "Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage," the "Limitation On New Enrollment" section of the bill clearly states:

"Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" of the year the legislation becomes law.

So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won't be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers...

God help us...

God help us...

That is no exaggeration. Obama is going to kill this country in less than a year with his policies including that farce Cap & Trade.

China is the biggest polluter in the world and isn't going to do a damned thing about it. This is political payback to the enviroMENTALISTS. We are screwed if both of these pass!

Arkansas has two senators sitting on the fence. Blanche Lincoln thinks her twelve year old twin sons know more about 'climate change' than Arkansans. BTW, they don't live in Arkansas! They live in VIRGINIA!

If Cap & Trade passes Arkansas will lose THOUSANDS of jobs! None of us will have health insurance because we will be UNEMPLOYED! We won't have health care either because NO ONE is going to spend 8+ years in school to be forced to work for the GOVERNMENT for NOTHING!

Sean Hannity (radio) is sounding the alarm on this now, also.

Are you shocked? We all knew this would happen. Question is..what can we do about it? We are witnessing the end our our republic..And we scoffed at the comparisons to the fall of Rome. They fought barbarians. We are disintegrating from within.
