That was a beautiful summary of what so many of us (that is to say, we members of the Insensate, Uneducated, Knuckle-dragging Neanderthal Community) have endeavored to express for a long time. There are two separate and unequal standards of behavior and discourse in America. One is reserved for the Illuminati, the other, for the rest of us poor schmucks.

I long for the day when Americans once again speak the same philosophical language and share the same, eternal values.

It won’t happen, andy. I wish it, too, but we’re a divided country, mostly by religious beliefs. Half believe in God, the other half either pretends to or mocks Him. We won’t have peace until Christ returns. Rest in Him. That’s where the real peace abides.
