According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense...

It is because the DOD has leverage over its contractors.

Does he have any grounds to sue his former employer and/or the DoD? Wouldn’t the discovery process on that help get the truth out about Barry’s BC?

DoD doesn’t have leverage over Boeing, Lockheed Martin, or Acenture.

Boeing cried that the Air Force didn’t pick their elderly 767 in the tanker competition and forced the Air Force to scrap the contract all together.

Lockheed Martin jacks up the prices of everything it builds for the DoD through these “cost plus” contracts.

Acenture is pretty much the same way.
