And it isn't just questioning the validity of the Pres that will get you fired. My hubby lost his Federal job on an AF base because his dem-o-rat superior (and I use that term loosely) lied about him. It seems once the superior (ack) found out my hubby was conservative, he took projects away from him, etc. Besides making rude, unwelcome comments about being conservative or whom he listened to on the radio. Long story short...he was close to finishing his probation, and was fired. No reason. It's in a lawsuit now, so I can't say much. But I know when all is said & done...he'll post a story here. It'll be of interest to Freepers. I think we'll see lots of conservatives lose their jobs if zero gets his way.
Not a bit different than the Soviets. Consider all the professionals who’s services were no longer needed. They wandered about dejected and outcast. The ruling class had so successfully created a rift between the haves and the have nots with class envy that the populus considered the professionals as having gotten what they deserve.
What would you do if you were willing to stand by your principles but instead of threatening you they threatened someone you love who is innocent? What would you do? What would you do?
I am biased, but I feel and see far more verbal attacks made by liberals than by conservatives should you or I not fill into their mold on any subject.
We have a liberal daughter who is that way. Not a happy position for parents to be in. Thank heavens she lives many miles away and has no children for us to spoil.
Personal revenge by an employer is a terrible thing to see. Many times they are so blinded by their need for retaliation that they leave themselves open to law suits.
The type that works for the federal government can hide behind the fact that you or I are paying their attorney fees. Not an easy system for justice to prevail.
