“I don't believe it exist” is an attempt to divide the vote...Notice there is no alternative post to the one supporting BO...It's a technique to be wary of....Although I question its existence I voted for the first for that reason.

Two thirds think the document should be produced, One fourth of respondents think there is no document. Fewer than one-tenth believe the issue settled.
That in itself is interesting for a guy who supposedly got over half of the vote.
