Stop calling them Czars. The right word is commisar (or komisar). Google commisar soviet and see what you get.

I too, think they should be called what they are: "Unelected Jerks Who Wield More Power Than Entitled"

I realize it was a Republican who started this "Czar" crap but, it needs to stop. Now.
