That just shows the ignorance of everyone who voted “yes”.
The 2nd amendment does not “give” any rights, it “guarantees” the right to bear arms...
We are born with our rights.
One could make an argument we have them before that.
The people who voted “yes” showed the ignorant politicians we have the Right to keep and bear arms regardless how a badly worded poll is written.
Voting “no” hurts our cause.
