Apoplexy: Nancy Pelosi and 1000 page bill RR thru Congress

http://www.speaker.gov/contact

Email the @itch and demand to see a copy of the bill! (good luck) Medicine is in such a downtrodden state that most docs seem to just be plotting their exit strategy. Of course the bill will have zip, nada about tort reform.

s/b “Health Care Redistribution”

They even state their goal is to cover the uninsured. Instead of addressing why many of them are uninsured (guesses, anyone?), Dems want to shuffle them into the queue with you - at your cost.

Another product of the Pelosi Politburo.

Government RUINED universally RATIONED health care. I think I would rather go to a witch doctor.

It would seem to me that the sensible thing to do would be to "Nationalize" health care insurance---in other words, mandate that every citizen had health care insurance.

I should think it would less costly for us to pay for insurance for all the deadbeats than it's gonna be to pay for everyone's health care.

Just musing......

This woman not only needs to be drummed out of Congress, she needs serious jail time.

My wife says to me, “You know whats sad? It takes thousands of pages to make legislation, and only one page to create a country.”

Sometimes she has these little lines of wisdom...if I am listening.

aim to pay for in part by raising taxes by 5.4 percent on taxpayers making more than $1 million a year.

Anyone have any idea of how much that tax would actually add up to producing? Seems like a million would just be a starting point, and before we know it, it would become 500K, then 250K, then 100K...

herein contained are the seeds for Contract with America II if anyone at the GOP is smart enough to take the ball and run with it.

No bill over 50 pages.

All bills posted for public inspection for at least 7 days prior to a vote.

The Bill is HR 3200 and *only* 1,017 pages long.

Go to THOMAS, type in HR 3200, then read it and weep. Oh, and bookmark it as this *thing* will grow before its voted on. Maybe 400 pages slipped in at 3:00am like with that 'Energy' Bill.

I prefer the 'GPO pdf display'. You can save and search for any part, or word, easier with Adobe Reader.
