Well...It depends on who his father is. If it Obama Sr. ( a British subject), NO he would be a citizen but NOT a natural born citizen.
Nope, that has been discussed at length in the threads of last fall on this issue. Birth in America to one American parent bestows American citizenship. Now birth to an American mother aboard does as well but when Urkle was born the mother had to be over 18 for this to come into effect. She was 17 so this is even stickier than ever.
