Do you have to develop your arms muscles during youth to throw like a boy?

My dad didn’t let me more the lawn either until he realized that I did a better job than my brother and I didn’t run over the mower cord.

Good question. I think it's mostly a question of being taught how when you're young, and practicing a lot.

I really wanted to play ball (and was unfortunately raised at a time when girls didn't have a chance), so I worked hard at doing it right.........just in the outside chance that a Cleveland Indians scout would be in the neighborhood. :)

(Mower cord? That takes me back!)
