This rescending may have originated much lower the the WH. Command wouldn’t want someone in the field challenging the CiC. Also, resecnding his deployment may be opening the door to bring him up on charges stateside.

Not true. Can't bring charges against him if the military changed/recinded his orders. Recinding his orders gives him the relief he requested so he may no longer have a case. Now need to find many, many more service members to do the same. At some point, even the liberal media won't be able to ignore the birth certificate issue.

Sure they can. They can claim that the Major violated X, Y, or Z under the UCMJ and railroad him out of the military.
