I hope you realize that in alot of the country (such as the northeast and upper midwest) the blue collar yokels don't care for Sarah either.

Are you saying that they love Obama and hate Palin more than Romney?

She brought electricity to the Republican ticket last year, when, frankly, there was about as much excitement as you would see, you know, at a — at a Baptist dance, which means there wasn’t any, until she showed up for the ticket. And then there was fire going forth.

The Huckster's got it right, for once.

...but I think it was clear our strategy wasn’t working as early as 2006. Maybe if Bush had actually governed like a real conservative, conservative states would have stuck with him...

Bush was part of the problem in 2006. But the failure of the Republican Congress was a bigger part of the problem.

It wasn't so much that the public voted for Democrats, so much as they voted against Republicans. In particular, conservative voters didn't turn out to support them.

With each election, it becomes more and more apparent to me that conservative voters hold the balance of power in national elections. If they turn out, Republicans win. If they don't turn out, Republicans lose.

And conservatives turn out when Republicans put forward conservative candidates and act conservative. They don't turn out when Republicans put forward a McCain or act like the last majority Republican Congress.

You'd think the Republican Party would eventually figure this thing out...

Reports CNN

There it is, that's all that needs saying about this story. But I'm sure there are some middle-of-the-road RINO's who will be all too willing to shoot themselves in the foot (and their arse as well) to spite themselves in order to try and tarnish the good name of Gov. Sarah Palin, the best chance the Republican have and will have.

More correctly, she is too smart to fall for the Republican Party lies aimed at stupid people, “keep voting for us we are conservative.”

Wishful thinking by the hand-in-their-pants crowd at MSM outlets everywhere.
