Isn’t the officer’s oath to protect America from all enemies foreign and domestic? If some gained power through fraud and a violation of The Constitution then i would think they may be an enemy. Just show us the BC.

Yes. It's the very first line in the military oath. Obama may not be legally qualified to be the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces since he may not be Constitutionally qualified as president as we all should know by now. Therefore, if Obama is not legally the Commander-in-Chief, he cannot give lawful orders to anyone in the armed forces. This is like shooting the proverbial fish-in-the-barrel versus the wrong headed and ignorant thinkers.
