There could be some merit in this, but remember Mo-Ham-ed stole a lot of his stuff for his books from the various pagan tribes and other Abrahamic religions in the area. No doubt some pagan tribe had this remedy in their books and ol’ uncle Mo’ decided to steal it for his own book. Many documented instances of him doing similar things. More of the same from the ROP.
