I’m not sure which of the two is more disturbing: her original “wise latina” statement, or this new revelation that she says things that she doesn’t mean.
A judge who sits on the Supreme Court Bench and makes rhetorical flourishes that she “clearly doesn’t mean” is a menace to Society: about the most dangerous thing in public office that is possible, except perhaps having a Communist in the Oval Office...
...and Bad Luck if you get both at once!
All these comments prove is that she will lie for power. Just what we need on the Supreme Court.
The thing that gets me about the wise-ass latina remark, is how in the world is she ever going to be able to work with the other justices if she’s already stated publicly that she is superior to them due to the color of her skin and living in a barrio?
